Overview
Production Team Leaders (Nights) at Prepworld are responsible for first line management for part of the Production Team in a busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory.
Responsibilities
* Completion of related administration and paperwork (training provided)
* Management of labour costs for your team
* Management of waste levels for your team
* Ensure products meet customer specifications

* Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment
* Reliable and flexible, with a pro-active approach to problem solving
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Basic English and numeracy skills

Days and hours of work
Wednesday through to Saturday from 18:30 to 06:00
Pay Rates (Based on Experience)
* Level 1 (L1): £13.34 per hour
* Level 2 (L2): £13.66 per hour
* Level 3 (L3): £16.16 per hour
A £0.50 per hour night shift allowance applies to eligible shifts.
