As a Senior Management Accountant, you will support the Head of Management Accounting in delivering high-quality, accurate and timely management information to enable effective decision-making across Village Hotels. You will take ownership of key areas of the hotel P&L, oversee month-end reporting, and provide clear insight into financial performance. The role also involves coaching and developing the management accounting team, supporting statutory and compliance activities, driving process improvements, and working closely with senior stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, audit and key business initiatives.

What we need from you…
* Experience in a management accounting or similar role, ideally within a large organisation
* Experience within the hotels or leisure sector
* Part-qualified CIMA or ACCA, with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
* Strong IT skills, particularly advanced Excel capability (Sage experience advantageous)
* Highly organised, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
* Commercially aware, with the ability to assess financial risks and opportunities and support sound business decision-making
