Location: Birmingham Hours: Full time Salary: £92-£110 DOE We’re looking for a warm, caring, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a student who has Special Educational Needs. In this role be working closely with students who have ADHD, ASD, Emotional and behavioural Issues. You’ll help be working build the student’s confidence and support their social, emotional, and academic growth making a real difference in their school experience. You’ll work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to make sure the support you provide is personalised, consistent, and truly helpful for the student. Bring learning to life by helping deliver engaging, personalised activities that match the student’s strengths, interests and developmental needs.
