Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. This role involves working closely with pets and their owners, ensuring that each pet is groomed to the highest standard while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities
* Provide grooming services for various breeds of dogs and cats, including bathing, clipping, and styling.
* Ensure the safety and comfort of all animals during the grooming process.
* Maintain cleanliness of the grooming area and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
* Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' grooming needs and any concerns observed during grooming.
* Assist in handling animals safely, including heavy lifting when necessary.
* Provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships with clients and their pets.
Experience
* Previous experience in a dog grooming settings is highly desirable.
* Proven customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients and their pets.
* Familiarity with various grooming techniques and tools is an advantage.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when handling larger breeds or multiple animals.
