We offer a 3-week induction with a dedicated buddy to support you from day one. We believe in investing in our people. As part of your journey with us, you'll be expected to complete the Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care during your probation period. We'll support your development with dedicated study days and ongoing guidance to help you succeed.

* £12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage) | Enhanced pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays | Sleep-ins paid at £65
* We pay the Real Living Wage - We value all our team members, so our starting pay rate is the Real Living Wage (currently £12.60 per hour)
