The Opportunity This role focuses on the oversight and continuous improvement of soft metal heat treatment and testing processes. You’ll be responsible for maintaining NADCAP compliance, preparing for and hosting client and third-party audits, and leading process audits and improvement actions. You’ll also work closely with calibration and testing service providers to ensure all equipment meets relevant standards. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you’ll be a technical point of contact for both internal teams and external partners.
