Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
Location: Glasgow
Working Hours: Between 8:00am - 6:00pm (8 hour working days)
Working style: Hybrid 4 days in the office a week

We are partnered with a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider that is seeking to add a skilled 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to their team. The 2nd Line IT Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues across a diverse client base, giving you exposure to multiple technologies, systems and environments.
The successful 2nd Line IT Support Engineer will be joining a friendly, supportive and collaborative team. The 2nd Line IT Support Engineer will also have the chance to progress up the ladder, receive training and accreditations.

* Windows desktop & Server
* Active Directory / Azure
* Networking fundamentals - DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP
* Microsoft 365
* Intune
* Telecoms support - VoIP, Gamma, Giacom, SIP Trunk
Desirable - 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
* Virtualisation
* Backups & Disaster Recovery
* VLANs
* Firewalls

* Relevant IT degree or certifications
