Duties:
* Diagnosing faults and identifying necessary repairs to ensure vehicle safety and performance
* Conducting repairs and servicing according to manufacturer standards
* Performing road tests to verify diagnostics and ensure quality work
* Handling, storing, and documenting parts used during repairs accurately
* Delivering exceptional customer service by providing clear communication and technical advice
* Ensuring adherence to health & safety protocols within the workshopenvironment
Requirements:
* Minimum of Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or similar environment
* Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to identify faults efficiently
* Good understanding of vehicle systems and technology
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
* Excellent communication skills and a professionalattitude
