About the role: Digital Admissions Adviser
We are looking for Digital Admissions Advisers to join our team to support student enrolment. This permanent, full-time role is based at Reading College campus. You will join our established team of friendly advisers to ensure we deliver and maintain an exceptional service to all customers, offering first point resolution to customers over the phone and through enquiries. This role provides opportunities to expand skills in customer service and administrative support within the education sector, and offers a varied and fulfilling career path.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in developing their skills in customer service and administration within education, with potential longer-term career development opportunities.
What do you need to be successful as a Digital Admissions Adviser at Activate Learning?
