Job Description
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
1. Manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
3. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
4. Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
5. Manage project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors
6. Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and financial reports, to senior management
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
8. Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors

The Successful Applicant
9. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
10. Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management
11. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
13. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
14. Thorough understanding of construction processes and building codes
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
