The Role
Youll architect and own the digital marketing and revenue infrastructure end-to-end, designing the systems that power growth, automation and commercial performance.
This is not a traditional marketing role. Its a systems-first position focused on building scalable, AI-driven infrastructure that increases execution speed, improves output quality and drives revenue efficiency.
Youll operate across websites, CRM, automation and outbound systems, working closely with Sales, CX and leadership in a fast-moving high-growth environment where ownership and impact are key.
What Youll Do
* Design and optimise the end-to-end digital revenue journey across web, CRM and outbound channels
* Build and scale AI-driven workflows to increase execution velocity and reduce manual effort
* Implement lead capture, qualification and attribution systems
* Architect CRM lifecycle and pipeline infrastructure in collaboration with Sales and CX
* Build and deploy automation systems using AI tools and agents
* Own SEO and emerging AEO capabilities
* Launch and optimise landing pages and conversion pathways
* Create lean, scalable systems that improve efficiency across the business
* Manage and coordinate remote freelancers and specialist contributors
About You
* A systems thinker xsngvjr who naturally focuses on process, automation and scalability
* Experienced in building automation workflows and operational infrastructure
* Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate execution and remove inefficiencies
* Strong understanding of CRM, funnel architecture and conversion systems
* Experience with CMS platforms such as Webflow
* Confident working in fast-paced, high-growth or D2C environments
* Comfortable managing remote teams and asynchronous workflows
