Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Facilities Manager, working for a national property management company. This role requires 3 days on site in Tamworth and 2 days in the Birmingham office, or roaming around 10-20 sites within Birmingham.
The Facilities Manager role:
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Managing relationships with tenants
2. Ensure maintenance work is carried out in a timely manner
3. Liaise with contractors and landscapers
4. First point of contact for all tenants
The successful individual will have:
5. MUST have 3 years’ experience within a similar role
6. EXCEPTIONAL communication skills
7. IOSH, NEBOSH certified
8. MUST drive as there will be times where site visits are required
