The Role: Full class teaching responsibility within a Key Stage 2 setting (Year 3–6) Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum Monitoring pupil progress, providing effective feedback, and maintaining accurate records Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support pupil outcomes The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2 Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and high expectations of pupil behaviour Be committed to supporting the academic and personal development of all pupils Be flexible, enthusiastic, and keen to contribute to the wider life of the school Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
