Working in our aftersales department as an Aftersales Manager, you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face-to-face or over the phone, providing outstanding customer service to all customers.

What you’ll do day to day
* Manage the aftersales teams including parts, vehicle technicians, and service advisors
* Coach and motivate the teams
* Monitor performance against targets and budgets
* Analyze areas of performance and weakness & provide guidance
Helpful skills and qualifications

* Previous experience in the automotive industry
* Comprehensive knowledge of the motor trade
* Ability to influence, motivate, and manage a team effectively
* Methodical and logical approach to workloads
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workloads
