The Role
We are seeking to recruit a full-time Activity Lead to join our established team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, reviewing, implementing, and evaluating activities for individuals with complex physical and learning disabilities requiring a bespoke support approach.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, be flexible, and understand the importance of structure, routine, and familiarity for this client group.
