40 hours per weekMonday to Friday 09:00-17:30Competitive SalarySodexo rewards and benefitsOn site gymRole OverviewAs part of Sodexo's I2020 account, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead statutory and mandatory compliance across our Client's estate.This is a site-based role at I2020, Belfast, offering the opportunity to manage compliance within a complex operational environment.Reporting to the Senior Assets & Facilities Manager, this role ensures all assets, systems, and operational activities comply with Northern Ireland legislation, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.The post holder will provide governance, assurance, and strategic oversight to support a safe, secure, and fully compliant estate across the I2020 estate.Pleasenote: This role requires security clearance, and candidates must have lived in the UK for at least five years.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Compliance function, establishing governance frameworks, priorities, and performance standardsEnsure compliance with NI legislation, Client requirements, and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001)Oversee statutory compliance across fire, asbestos, gas, electrical, water hygiene, lifting systems, DSEAR, and CDM Regulations (NI) 2016Maintain audit-ready compliance registers, schedules, certificates, and documentationManage compliance risks, including assessment, mitigation, and integration into operational planningMonitor performance trends and produce monthly dashboards, KPIs, and reports for the ClientEnsure contractor and supply chain compliance across the estateCandidate ProfileDegree (or equivalent) in Compliance, Engineering, Facilities Management, Health & Safety, or related disciplineChartered membership (IWFM, CIBSE, IOSH) desirableProven experience managing multi-discipline statutory compliance in FM, property, or public sector estatesExperience with audits, inspections, assurance activities, and CAFM systemsStrong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skillsAttention to detail and commitment to continuous improvementMust meet UK security clearance requirements and have resided in the UK for at least five yearsWhy Join SodexoLead compliance across a high-profile, multi-site I2020 estate in Northern IrelandInfluence risk management and compliance strategy at a senior levelWork within a collaborative, professional environment focused on safety, governance, and service excellenceOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentApply now to be part of Sodexo's I2020 team, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across a multi-site estate.
