Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Scottish Water, 5 Buchanan Gate, Stepps, Lanarkshire, Scotland, G33 6FB
Responsibilities
* Manage a cleaning team for a Mitie customer, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
* Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning. Ensure that cleaning staff understand and follow task schedules while adhering to Health & Safety procedures, providing technical training as required.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
* Address issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager where appropriate.
Qualifications and attributes
* Previous supervisory experience in cleaning.
* Good communication skills, reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
* Ability to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
