Service Advisor Required in Maidstone, Kent!
1. Basic Salary - Circa £32,500.
2. OTE's £35,000
3. Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm.
4. 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00am - 13:00pm. (Flat rate + £50)

Are you an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional seeking a new opportunity in the automotive industry? Our Client is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their main dealer team in Maidstone, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team and enjoy great earning potential.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between their customers and the workshop. You’ll manage service bookings, provide updates, and ensure a seamless experience for every customer. With a mix of customer service and administrative responsibilities, no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Welcome customers and manage service bookings in a professional and friendly manner.
7. Liaise with technicians to coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs.
8. Provide regular updates to customers on vehicle progress and associated costs.
9. Prepare accurate invoices and complete all necessary documentation.
10. Resolve customer queries or concerns promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
11. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within the automotive sector.
12. Strong communication and organisational skills.
13. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
14. High attention to detail, especially when preparing invoices and documentation.
15. Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
16. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
