Your Role
As a Racquets Manager, you will:
* Lead and manage a talented team of coaches, including our Padel, Tennis, and Pickleball professionals.
* Oversee the delivery of the racquets program across the Club, ensuring our members receive an exceptional experience every day.

About You
We are looking for a Racquets Manager who:
* Holds an L3 LTA or above accreditation or a national governing body qualification.
* Has a passion for health and fitness, supporting others in achieving their goals.
* Possesses great communication and collaboration skills.
* Is a self-starter who takes pride in delivering a great quality experience to our members.
