Dance / Drama Specialists - Teaching Assistant Roles - Wirral
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking engaging, personable Dance / Drama specialists to work in Wirral secondary schools.

We have a consistent demand for both qualified and unqualified teachers to work as a Teaching Assistant on a flexible basis. Whether you want full-time, part-time, or day-to-day work, we can match your availability, skills, and goals.
The Role - Teaching Assistant
* Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups across the classroom
* Assisting pupils with additional needs, including SEN, SEMH, and behavioural challenges
* Helping students stay engaged, regulated, and focused during lessons
* Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support learning and wellbeing
* Implementing strategies to support emotional regulation, confidence, and behaviour
* Building positive, trusting relationships with students to encourage progress
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* A degree in Drama, Dance, Theatre, Performing Arts, or a related subject.
* At least six weeks' experience in the last 3 years working with groups of children or teenagers (teaching, coaching, clubs, youth work).
* A referee we can contact for a detailed reference.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Legal right to work in the UK.
* A full CV including employment/education history with any gaps explained.
