Learning Support Assistant – Boston
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Salary: £88 – £105 per day

GSL Education is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Boston. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to helping pupils achieve their full potential in a supportive and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs.
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
* Encourage the development of confidence, independence, and social skills.
* Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and promoting positive behaviour.
* Assist with classroom activities and general administrative tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting.
* Be patient, compassionate, and resilient.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
* Have a genuine passion for supporting learners with special educational needs.
