Benefits
Competitive salary offered at £40,000–£55,000 depending on experience working 35 hours per week. A generous benefits package includes 20 days annual leave (increasing with service) + Birthday off and a Christmas shutdown period. Day to day:
* Managing a caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
* Providing clear, high-quality legal advice while maintaining strong client relationships.
* Ensuring compliance with CQS, Lexcel, AML/CTF and all regulatory requirements.
* Identifying risk throughout transactions and maintaining accurate file management.
* Supporting and mentoring support staff where needed.
* Contributing to the growth and development of the office, with a particular emphasis on commercial work.
You will have/be:
* A qualified Solicitor with 3+ PQE (strong experience considered).
* Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
* Customer-centred, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
* Keen to build strong, lasting client relationships.
* Down-to-earth, approachable and comfortable working in a non-corporate environment.
* Ambitious and excited by the opportunity to develop the commercial side of the department.
