Early Years Educator (Level 2) – Baby Room Are you a caring and experienced Early Years professional with a passion for supporting babies at the very start of their learning journey? A welcoming and well-resourced school-based nursery in Barnet (N12) is seeking a Level 2 qualified Early Years Educator to join their team from January 2026. This role is based in the baby room, supporting children aged 9 months to 2 years. The setting strongly believes that every child is an individual, and places great importance on creating a nurturing, calm and engaging environment where all children feel safe, valued and supported to flourish. The school benefits from lovely facilities, generous indoor and outdoor space, and an excellent location within Barnet. Staff are encouraged to grow professionally, with access to CPD opportunities and ongoing support from a friendly, experienced team. Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
* Support babies’ physical, emotional and developmental needs
* Create a warm, stimulating and safe learning environment
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care
