The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance) to join a growing logistics and distribution team based between Ashby and Swadlincote.
This is a day shift role, working Monday to Friday (8am4pm), with excellent long-term prospects for permanent employment.
Youll work across the warehouse assisting with:
* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) to move and load goods safely.
* General warehouse operations including stock control, order preparation, and dispatch.
* Using basic PC systems to log deliveries, update records, and send/receive emails.
* Speaking with clients and colleagues, providing excellent communication and service.
* Occasionally driving the company van between local sites (Ashby ? Swadlincote) to transfer stock.
Requirements
Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB / ITSSAR accredited)
Full UK Driving Lic...
