Residential Child Care Worker
Salary £28,142 – £32,061 per annum | Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week | North Lancashire (Morecambe and Lancaster). Visa Sponsorship: not available.

Our Children's Residential Service is expanding with new Children’s Homes and changes to existing homes across the County. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join us as Residential Child Care Workers in Morecambe and Lancaster.
About the Role
As a Residential Child Care Worker you will work from a children’s home with children and young people aged between 11 and 17 years. You will live and work alongside them, undertake basic household tasks (cleaning, cooking, shopping) and support their emotional and behavioural development. You will work on a rota, covering a mix of days, evenings, weekends and sleep‑in shifts and will coordinate with professionals such as social workers, schools, police and health workers to meet their needs.
