VANRATH is working with a well-known Public Sector Organisation across NI to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Group Billing and Expenses Supervisor. This role has been established to meet increased demands from recent acquisitions and initially is on a temporary basis.

What You'll Do:
* Administer weekly agency timesheet processing and interface preparation
* Support and control Travel and Subsistence on Selenity
* Ensure accurate and timely payment of group utility bills
* Manage corporate credit card scheme, sign-off, and reconciliation
* Support Staff Benefits portal
About You:
* At least 2 years' experience in a finance/transaction processing environment
* Experience with management systems in transaction processing
* Advanced spreadsheet skills
* Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
* Experience with reconciling activities
* Managing group bills or payroll processes
