They’re looking for a genuinely senior Full Stack Software Engineer who thrives in small, high-performing teams and enjoys operating with autonomy.
You’ll likely have:
* 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
* Strong product mindset and customer empathy
* Experience building across the full stack in either Python or TypeScript environments
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with founders, customers, and senior engineers
* A bias toward ownership, execution, and simplicity
* Comfort operating in a fast-moving, low-process environment
* Enthusiasm for modern developer tooling, including AI coding assistants
* Unfortunately this role cannot offer visa sponsorship
