HR Business Partner – Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50,000

This permanent role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, support meaningful change initiatives, and play a key role in driving performance, engagement, and growth.
What you’ll do:
* Efficiently partner key stakeholders across multiple functions with the delivery of all year-round activities and developing and implementing a range of HR projects and initiatives.
* Provide clear and pragmatic guidance across employee relations, performance, and engagement
* Work closely with stakeholders to deliver people-focused solutions that enable transformation
* Coach and mentor managers to build confidence and leadership capability
What we’re looking for:
* Experience as a HR Business Partner in complex, fast-paced environments
* A commercial mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and influence with impact
* Confidence to challenge constructively while keeping people at the heart of decisions
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
