We are looking for an experienced Commercial Paint Technician to join a large automotive repair business in Long Bennington. You’ll be preparing and refinishing LCVs and HGVs, producing high-quality paint finishes in line with manufacturer expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Preparing, painting and refinishing commercial vehicles using approved materials and repair methods
2. Completing paintwork to an excellent standard, ensuring accuracy and consistency
3. Ensuring paint finishes meet both internal and manufacturer quality checks
4. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and organisation in the booth and workshop
5. Collaborating with the wider repair team to meet deadlines and customer requirements
What We’re Looking For:
6. Proven experience as a Paint Technician in a bodyshop or commercial vehicle environment
7. Strong understanding of paint systems, colour matching and modern refinishing techniques
8. ATA accreditation (or willingness to obtain) is desirable
9. Experience within an approved repair centre is beneficial
10. High levels of pride, accuracy and quality focus
11. A reliable team player who takes ownership of their work
