This 12-month fixed-term opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of legal and regulatory matters within a supportive, collaborative team. A bit about the job: We're looking for a Paralegal to join our UK General Insurance legal team, based in Norwich. The role supports both the Global Corporate & Speciality and Personal Lines businesses, flexing as needed. You'll work closely with senior lawyers on legal, regulatory and financial services issues, helping to deliver first-class legal advice. Expect to assist with reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, confidentiality agreements, product literature and consumer-facing documentation, as well as conducting legal research and building strong stakeholder relationships across Aviva. Skills and experience we're looking for: Legal qualifications (e.g. Undergraduate degree, GDL, LPC, CILEx) or relevant legal/financial services experience Knowledge of UK regulated financial services and related laws Strong communication and administrative skills, with the confidence to question and challenge Ability to work collaboratively and independently, managing workload and priorities effectively Familiarity with UK insurance products and contract law is helpful but not essential What you'll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
