Cluster Director of Sales

Berkeley Scott is partnering with a leading 4-star branded hotel group to recruit a Cluster Director of Sales. This role sits within an established hotel group with international presence and works closely with the Group Director of Sales to drive commercial performance across properties in the Cardiff and Bristol area.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to business growth through strategic leadership, revenue development and account management.

Key Responsibilities
6. Develop and implement the sales strategy in alignment with group objectives
7. Build, manage and grow corporate accounts
8. Identify and maximise revenue opportunities through proactive and reactive sales activity
9. Collaborate with the Sales and Events team to achieve commercial targets
10. Manage RFP processes and support commercial negotiations
11. Develop and maintain professional relationships within local and regional markets
About the Role / Requirements
12. Experience in hotel sales at senior level
13. Previous experience operating at Director of Sales level or equivalent
14. Experience within a 4-star hotel or similar hospitality environment
15. Demonstrated success managing corporate accounts and RFP activity
16. Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
17. Knowledge of the Cardiff and Bristol market is beneficial
