Job Description:

You will be working with a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider, supporting their team as a technical escalation point. This role involves BAU tasks, projects, and clear progression pathways. The company offers a family-like culture, exceptional leadership, and values their employees.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Technologies: experience with Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
* Incident Resolution: resolve technical issues escalated from 2nd line support.
* Project Rollouts: e.g., full Office 365 deployments.
* System Maintenance: perform updates, troubleshoot network issues, and apply patches.
* User Support: assist staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
* Team Collaboration: support the wider 3rd line team with technical challenges and projects.
* Documentation: log issues, solutions, and system changes accurately.
