Job Title: Senior Finance AdministratorLocation: NottinghamSalary: £28,500Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Hybrid)
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer account queries, managing outstanding debts, and supporting various finance functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer account queries
* Collect outstanding debts
* Manage and maintain all customer information
* Identify and resolve discrepancies
* Assist with audits and assist with banking
* Assist the team with finance purchase orders and budgets
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a finance OR accounts role
* Experience mentoring staff is preferred, but not essential
* AAT qualification (or similar) is preferred, but not essential
* Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting packages
* Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
