Role Summary
Lead commercial strategy on nationally significant nuclear defence programmes.

Responsibilities
* Provide end‑to‑end commercial leadership across contracts and projects within our Nuclear Defence Support programme.
* Shape commercial strategy, manage risk and ensure strong governance throughout the contract lifecycle.
* Balance strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery, supporting bids, managing complex change and driving value for Cavendish Nuclear and our customers.
* Strengthen your commercial leadership capability while contributing to programmes that matter to national defence and long‑term security.
Essential Experience
* Extensive commercial management experience within complex engineering or infrastructure environments.
* Strong track record delivering commercial strategy on large, high‑value contracts and bids.
* Proven experience with NEC contracts, particularly NEC3.
* Demonstrated ability to manage commercial risk, change and governance effectively.
* Experience influencing stakeholders and negotiating successfully at senior levels.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Building Services Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
* Membership of a relevant professional body such as RICS or World Commerce and Contracting is desirable.
Security Clearance
