Hybrid, 3 days per week in West Sussex
Senior Electronics Engineer is required by successful and fast-growing manufacturing firm. This role with see you seeks driving innovation and technical excellence and will combine hands-on engineering with team leadership.
Technical Expertise Required:
* Circuit design and PCB technology
* EMC standards and implementation
* Power management and servo control
* Embedded software (ARM/KEIL)
* Analysis tools (Python, Matlab, Simulink)
* PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence OrCAD)
Essential Experience:
* Degree in related discipline (IET accredited)
* 6+ years relevant experience
* Project/team leadership background
* Chartered or working towards
