Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Head Office based in Gateshead)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in promotional marketing and customer engagement, delivering award-winning promotional campaigns for some of the world's most recognised brands.
We are looking for a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their Customer Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is fluent in both Welsh and English and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Handling customer calls and emails in both Welsh and English, providing prompt, professional support.
• Managing queries efficiently using multiple systems and dual screens.
• Processing customer registrations and promotional claims accurately.
• Keeping customers updated and providing clear guidance on promotional campaigns.
• Resolving enquiries effectively, escalating complex issues where needed.
• Maintaining accurate records and meeting agreed service levels and quality standards.
• Delivering every interaction with professionalism, empathy and excellent customer care.
• Adapting quickly to campaign processes and supporting colleagues when required.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who has:
• Native-level spoken and written Welsh and English.
• Previous customer service experience within a contact centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and customer management systems.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to work efficiently across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
