The Opportunity:

This position is ideal for someone with solid payroll experience, particularly in weekly payroll cycles, and a good working knowledge of UK tax and employment legislation. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of payroll and benefits operations across the business.

The Role:

1. Take full ownership of weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
2. Oversee the administration of staff benefits, including pensions, salary sacrifice schemes, and employee perks
3. Ensure all statutory submissions are filed correctly and on time
4. Act as the go-to point for payroll and benefit-related queries across the business
5. Support financial and compliance processes, including audits, reconciliations, and reporting
6. Maintain accurate employee and payroll records in line with GDPR and internal controls
