The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our guest-facing operations and help shape the guest experience from day one. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a landmark opening and contribute to the legacy of one of the world’s most iconic hospitality brands.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead daily operations across Front Office, Bell/Door Services, and Switchboard
2. Deliver seamless arrivals and departures with anticipatory, personalized service
3. Build, train, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with St. Regis standards
4. Collaborate with the Director of Rooms to implement pre-opening strategies and SOPs
5. Drive guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance
6. Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
Candidate Profile:
7. Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
8. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in front office operations within luxury hospitality
9. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
10. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
11. Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage
