* Role: Part time HR Assistant (3 days per week)
* Location: Irlam
* Salary: Up to £30,000 pro rata
* Hours of work: 9am-5pm 3 days per week.
We are excited to be recruiting for a brand-new, part-time role (3 days week) on behalf of our client who are a growing business who are an expert in their field.
The role has been newly created, you will work alongside the MD to support with HR. This role would suit a candidate with HR experience, and the client will also consider a candidate who wants to learn and develop.
The client will also support with external training and courses so you can further your career and this is a role which will grow and develop as time goes on.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and ensure general HR compliance.
* Ensure all employee records are correct and creating new records for new employees.
* Assisting with onboarding.
* Processing employee data training.
* Acting as a point of contact for all employees.
* Creating and submitting documentation related to HR issues.
* Time and attendance reporting.
* Obtain reference requests.
* Assist with recruitment and creating job descriptions.
Desired Attributes, Experience & Qualifications:
* Previous experience in Admin / HR
* Numerate with excellent attention to detail
* Must be a team player with strong relationship-building skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Experience with HR systems
* Have a professional services background
* Excellent communication skills
