We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join the Lion team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include Food and Drink Service, serving customers, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties
* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate.
* Prepare beverage items according to established recipes and brand standards.
* Serve food and beverages to customers promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
* Maintain cleanliness within the venue, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Requirements
* Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining hygiene standards.
* Basic math skills are required for processing orders and handling payments accurately.
* Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks during peak hours.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour
