Junior HR Advisor
The role of Junior HR Advisor:
- Managing all aspects of HR administration
- Reviewing and improving HR processes and procedures
- Managing and maintaining the HRIS system
- Producing accurate KPI reports and HR metrics
- Supporting low-level employee relations cases, including long-term sickness
- Responding to day-to-day queries from managers and employees
- Reviewing, updating, and rewriting job descriptions and internal documentation
- Acting as a trusted point of contact within a busy, fast‑paced environment
The ideal Junior HR Advisor:
- Passionate about developing their HR career
- Confident, proactive, and keen to learn
- Able to work with discretion and sensitivity
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards (not essential)
