Executive PA to Group CEO
We are recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Executive PA to support the Group CEO of a successful group of businesses.
This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with the CEO on a daily basis, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and enabling them to focus on strategic leadership.

7. Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days remote
THE ROLE
As Executive PA, you will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. Responsibilities include:
8. Managing the CEO's diary, including regular meetings and ad hoc appointments.
9. Preparing agendas, attending or reviewing recordings of meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring actions are followed up.
10. Liaising with organisation heads and senior leadership to chase updates, reports, and project deliverables.
11. Tracking company projects in MS Planner, ensuring deadlines are monitored and met.
12. Prioritising tasks and flagging daily priorities for the CEO.
13. Managing the CEO's inbox, handling routine correspondence, and highlighting key issues.
14. Coordinating travel, itineraries, and expenses.
15. Conducting background research to support business decisions.
16. Providing occasional personal support, such as handling gifts and small ad hoc tasks.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with significant Executive Assistant or senior PA experience, who is both personable and assertive. You must be highly organised and detail-focused, while confident enough to follow up with senior colleagues and ensure actions are completed.
Essential skills and experience:
17. Proven background as an Executive Assistant, PA, or in a senior administrative role.
18. Strong organisational and time management skills.
19. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
20. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook and MS Planner.
21. Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
22. Driving Licence and own vehicle as the role may see you working at different sites (all in the South Leeds area)
23. Flexible approach, including availability for early morning calls (around 7:30am).
Desirable:
24. Experience supporting C-suite executives.
25. Previous experience within a multi-business or group environment.
