* Booking in deliveries and updating the system with relevant details
* Managing a high volume of calls (approximately 180 per day)
* Communicating professionally via telephone and email
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail
* Professional telephone manner and good written communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Transport industry experience is preferred but not essential
Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 09:00 17:00 & 08:00 16:00 (37.5 hours per week)
The position begins as a temporary assignment, with the possibility of longer-term employment
