Responsibilities

* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Follow up on customer inquiries as necessary to ensure resolution.
* Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
* A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
