Operations Manager - Electrical Essex Up to £70k plus company van We are working with a leading provider of electrical and compliance services to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team in Essex. Working predominantly with Social Housing and the public sector, they focus on quality, safety, and making a positive impact in the communities they serve. We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead operational delivery across the business. This is a senior leadership role with real influence - overseeing projects, supply chain, compliance, IT systems, and client relationships. You'll work closely with the senior leadership to drive performance, improve systems, and ensure exceptional service across every contract.
