An established manufacturing plant in East London is seeking an experienced Foreman that manage and control production operations within the factory. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience in a production environment and solid people management skillsMinimum requirements:
1. BTech/Degree in Engineering (preferred)
2. Minimum 5 years experience in a factory or production environment in concrete or floor tiles
3. Must know a manufacturing process, this is essential
4. Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge
5. Experience managing a large, unionised workforce
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and PLC systems (Siemens)
