Programme Manager - Fixed Term Contract
Your team
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects within one of the brands in Flutter UKI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving successful project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and excellent collaborator management skills. This is a Fixed Term Contract until December 2027
What you’ll do
1. Plan, execute, and manage programs ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver intended business value.
2. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring effective coordination, prioritization, and resource allocation.
3. Establish and manage program governance structures, ensuring risk mitigation, compliance, and reporting requirements are met.
4. Develop and maintain detailed program plans, budgets, and schedules.
5. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
6. Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for senior interested parties, providing clear updates on program progress and challenges.
8. Manage a programme team and its contribution to the achievement of the programme’s objectives and providing clear direction and support in the development and delivery of the programme.
9. Mentor and coaching team members
10. Build strong collaborative working relationships across teams
11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency within the program delivery framework.
How you’ll do it
12. Solid experience in program/project management roles.
13. Proven experience managing large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
14. Strong knowledge of project management software.
15. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills with key partners.
16. Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and effectively get results.
17. Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
