We are seeking compassionate and professional Therapeutic Child Support Workers to join our dedicated team, providing essential care and guidance to children in a supportive, nurturing environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people.
* Offering support around the home, encouraging independence and positive routines.
* Accompanying children on trips and activities, ensuring safety and engagement.
* Maintaining a professional, alert, and responsive approach at all times.
* Communicating effectively with children, colleagues, and professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 6 months' experience working with children in a care or support setting.
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
* A proactive, professional, and attentive approach – always "on the ball."
* Willingness to work both day and night shifts.
* DBS on the Update Service (preferred).
* Full UK driving licence (preferred).
