Join a leading IT service provider, delivering IT product sales and systems integration services across 14 countries for midmarket, enterprise, and public-sector clients. In this role, you’ll manage the company’s software marketplace platform, leading the onboarding of new customers, supporting renewals, handling licensing and billing queries, and driving efficiencies across Microsoft, Adobe, and wider cloud platforms.
You’ll also act as the first point of contact for marketplace updates, support customer demos, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure customers maximise the value of their software investments.

What we’re looking for:
* 1–2 years’ Microsoft operations experience with strong knowledge of Microsoft tools and licensing
* Microsoft licensing and product knowledge
* Experience supporting multiple platforms and systems desirable
* Experience with Marketplace billing, renewals, and subscription management
* Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, and other marketplace offerings desirable
