Coordinate the efforts of contractors, technical specialists, and client teams to ensure smooth restoration and ongoing operation of the plant. Investigate root causes of defects, implement effective corrective measures, and work to reduce warranty-related costs and risks. Support the preparation and management of claims, including cost recovery from subcontractors and project partners. Maintain precise operational documentation and deliver clear, timely reports to internal and external stakeholders.
